Q. What services do you offer?

A. Our trained staff is capable of providing you with a wide range of services: Companionship, Transportation, Homemaking, Personal Care, Hospice Support, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, Diabetic Friendly Foot Care, Hand and/or Foot Massage. We can assist with bathing and dressing, medication monitoring, companionship, laundry, and meal prep. We service anyone recuperating from illness or injury in any stage of life. Our staff can drive you to medical appointments and help you follow through with prescribed exercises. If we cannot provide the service you need, we will do our best to refer you to the appropriate source. We are a Referral and Resource center so please feel free to phone us for help.
Q. What services do I need?

A. A professional social worker or nurse will personally interview you to discuss your needs and concerns. We personalize our services to meet your specifications.
Q. What is your staff criteria?

A. Our criteria is high, we choose staff that we would hire to care for our loved ones. A thorough background and criminal check, previous employment, certification and licenses are verified. Personal and Professional references are checked. Our staff is personally interviewed and specifically trained by our supervisor who has years of experience in the medical field. Caregivers receive on going education and training. Staff is bonded and insured.
Q. How are caregivers selected?

A. We will give you an in-home consultation, assess your situation, personalize the services, and select caregivers to meet your needs. We match personalities and compatibilities and will introduce you to the caregiver prior to placement. Your caregivers will know what specifically needs to be done to ensure that we meet your requirements. If at any time a staff member does not meet your needs or expectations, we will replace the caregiver.
Q. What is my caregiver is sick or has an emergency?

A. We have a team approach to care giving. Our first priority is to send in a caregiver who is on your service team. If one member is sick, another will cover.
Q. What makes MasterPeace different from other home care agencies? Why should I not just find someone on my own?

A. MasterPeace staff is selected from a high criterion. We are bonded, insured, and licensed. We have 24-hour coverage. Should your caregiver be ill or move away, we ensure that a caregiver will be there to care for you. Our staff is supervised by a field supervisor who monitors the staff. She will visit you periodically to make sure that your needs are being met and that your services are to your expectations. We are a phone call away for emergencies.
Q. What are your minimum/maximum hours of service?

A. We can provide services for 2 hours a day up to to 24 hours a day and for as many days a week as you request. We can "split shifts" if you need a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon. We personalize our services to your needs.
Q. What are your rates?

A. Rates include the cost of wages, all federal state and local taxes, social security taxes and worker’s compensation. Our rates are dependent upon the type and level of service you require. We will gladly discuss rates once it is determined the level of service required.
